Simon has been making art in various forms since completing a BA (Hons) in Fine Art (Painting), in Brighton in 1985.
It was his experience at Farnham though, where he did his Foundation course that has led him to carry on
experimenting and working and in all kinds of media including printmaking, stone, wood, clay
and of course painting (mainly oil, which is Simon's first love).
Since moving from Hove to South Shropshire in 2000, Simon has found the hills and valleys
of the Border lands a constant source of inspiration.
He is a founder member of the Redlake Valley Artists  and has exhibited with that Group in 2011 and 2013.
